Clean House residents will be provided the opportunity to learn about, and develop the skills to become self-sufficient for a successful re-entry into the community. Residents will be educated in the application of twelve step living, employment skills, basic computer training, GED preparation, career development, habits of maintaining emotional, mental, and spiritual well being, stress/anger management and focused concentration through the practice of meditation, martial arts, and a variety of mental stabilization techniques.
Martial Arts as a means of developing concentration, self control, and discipline.
Computer classes to introduce or develop basic computer skills needed in the workplace.
Practice meditation to become more accepting of yourself and your life. When we become more accepting of what hurts as well as more aware of life’s many positive aspects, we establish a firm spiritual foundation for recovery.
